Project Description

We had to build a concrete box within the old structure braced by the re- enforced floor to enable us to dismantle the front wall which was in a dangerous state and allow us to open up the windows and create a garage door. Using the upper floors for kitchen and living space provided more light and stunning views. We then pointed the walls in lime to give it a brighter, more fresh look and finished with reclaimed wrought iron on the balconies to contrast the wood.
